The phased expansion of this well regarded primary school to create a fully four-form school by 2016.

The existing Jubilee extension was built in 2002 for the Queens Diamond Jubilee. Since then demand for places has increased and phase 1 comprised extending the Jubilee building by creating an additional storey. The existing roof was removed, a new first floor created and a new pitched roof added.

Phases 2 and 3 have seen a new large extension to provide classrooms, teaching accommodation, nursery and toilet facilities. The main entrance has been demolished to make way for a new Main Hall; further internal alterations have provided new office, kitchen and communal areas.

We worked closely with the contractors in all phases to coordinate activities and allow the school to remain fully operational throughout the works.
